• A valid diploma or degree in a related field.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a related field.
• Expertise in providing specialized care for individuals with disabilities and mental health needs.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Training in Crisis Prevention/Intervention and Safe Management.
• Medical screening, if required.
• A clear Criminal Reference Check, including vulnerable sector screening.
• A valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record check.

• Support residents with activities of daily living, behavior management, life skills
• Engage and support residents in community activities, appointments
• Administer medications
• Preparing meals and light housekeeping
